48 Hour Working Week Opt Out Agreement

This is a 48 hour working week opt out agreement, which comes with a covering letter for your convenience. 

The letter seeks an employee's agreement to opt out of working an average of 48 hours a week, over a 17 week reference period, in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998.

The form which the employee can agree to sign, explains that an employee can change their mind and stop working more than an average of 48 hours a week if they wish, by giving written notice.
